Relaxed, comfortable and friendly, the cosy nooks, crannies and large open fire in the traditional bar are complemented by several dining areas each hand painted in a distinctive style. The outside decking and lawns overlook the famous “Stairway to Heaven” flight of locks on the Grand Union Canal and are set against a backdrop of some of Warwickshire’s loveliest rolling countryside - views that are nothing short of stunning.

Our team of top chefs have developed a delicious and imaginative menu that is well worth travelling for. Wherever possible, ingredients are sourced locally through the Farm Shop at Hatton Country World just a mile down the road. Real cask ales are brewed in Warwick specially for the pub and 25 different wines from around the globe are available by the glass.

We have a lighter lunch time and separate evening dinner menu; on Sunday lunchtimes the traditional roast replaces the main menu. We also have a bar and sandwich menu, children’s menu and daily specials.
